Overnight Postpartum Support
$30/hour (8 hour min)
- Overnight infant care so mother can rest
- Breastfeeding/bottle feeding support
- Help with emotional and physical recovery after birth or cesarean
- Light housekeeping
- Newborn care
- Light meal preparation
- Baby soothing techniques
- Referrals to local resources
- Perinatal fitness regimen
- Make breastmilk soap for your personal use (once supply has been established)
